Erin’s sessions with homeowners include, but are not limited to: general project feedback and guidance, budgeting, timeline strategies, problem solving, efficiency strategies, insight on material selections, best practices, standards and quality control, general construction process and execution, communication with team members, and much more. Can Erin help with design work?
Erin can give her input on your space’s form and function, but Erin does not do design work. She can make designer referrals for you. .
How do I best prepare for our consultation?
You lead the agenda on the consultation! We suggest you create a meeting agenda filled with the areas you’d like to cover, and organize them by priority. Feel free to email agenda before meeting.
Can Erin review our plans before the call?
Yes! Erin is happy to review your plans before your consultation. However, there is a fee involved, as reviewing plans can take longer then the actual consultation.
Does Erin make referrals?
Erin is happy to connect you to many industry professionals that are adjacent to builders- ie architects, designers, etc. Erin does not make other builder referrals as of now, but we are working on that!
