Come Build With Me LIVE will be streamed live onsite twice a week over 8 weeks and will focus on pre-planning, communication systems and practices, onsite decision-making, and real-world construction methods. It includes the Beyond the Blueprints workbook as a resource guide, but we’ll be going much deeper into the building process than we did in previous Beyond the Blueprints courses.
The Builder’s Edge is focused on growing and scaling your home building company, and that will not be covered in this program.

Come Build With Me LIVE is focused on pre-planning, communication systems and practices, onsite decision-making, and real-world construction methods. Project Manager Boot Camp is a one-day training designed to teach onsite project managers how to run projects smoothly using Erin’s day-to-day processes.

Yes! You’ll have direct access to Erin and all of the community members through our private online community, in a group chat-style setting.

Not at this time. This course is streamed virtually only, and there isn’t an in-person job site or live call add-on available for this program.

We truly believe that Homeowners and Industry Professionals are on the same team and will benefit greatly from what we share. There can be tension between these groups and by including both sides of the equation in each other’s learning, we can see much better from each other’s perspective! Not only is this good for strengthening everyone’s own personal team building skills, but it absolutely makes for a much smoother, productive, and far more efficient build overall!
Plus, not every homeowner has access to top-notch professional teams, so why not teach them how we do it? By sharing our industry knowledge and internal systems with them, they will have a far more successful build!

YES! Very much so. As you know, a lot can get tangled up between the “Core Team Members” (Architect, Interior Designer, GC, Homeowner) when building a home. We show you the unique systems, strategies, processes that we take when working with Interior Designers, that have led to incredibly successful builds! We also know a lot of you want to strengthen your construction savvy and we absolutely cover that throughout the entire course!

Each week we will released new course materials and modules. In the past, we found it can be overwhelming to receive everything all at once, and members prefer having the content rolled out week by week so it feels more manageable and easier to keep up with.

All zooms are recorded and posted within the course! If you can’t make it to ask questions live, no problem, you can submit your questions via google forms before the zoom!

That depends on how big your team is! If it is just you and a partner, go for it! But, if you have more than 2 people on your team, please reach out to us and we can add another user to the account for a small fee.
